There are sleeping mats provided. The showers are cold water. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking.
Beside Camp 5 there is a lovely clear water stream for swimming and relaxing.
Day 3 (B,L,D)
After an early breakfast, the Pinnacles Climb will begin at 6.30am. The trail to the summit is only 2.4km but it rises steeply for 1,200m to the viewpoint, with the last section being near vertical, using rope sections and steel ladders bolted into the rock. This is an extreme climb, not a trek. It is very important that you follow the instructions of your guide at all times.
The view of the Pinnacles is spectacular!
If you choose not to climb, there are walking trails through the Kerangas Forest or to the Melinau Gorge and a Park Guide can be arranged to escort you.
Day 4 (B,L)
After a relaxing breakfast at Camp 5, you will hike back to Long Litut and return to the Clearwater summer hut for lunch.
Afternoon transfer to Mulu airport will be by longboat.
