Kuching City Tour

If you’re looking for a snapshot of this delightful city, hop on our air-conditioned vans and take in its highlights in 3 hours. This tour is designed to show you a selection of the most important places in the city within a short space of time. The drive will take you through the historical center of old Kuching, past old shophouses and the old Malay settlement west of the city center. You will see the indelible mark of the White Rajahs with their forts, palace and colonial buildings.

The tour includes visits to the Urang Sarawak Gallery with displays ranging from art to artifacts, this gallery covers the different aspects of life of the Sarawak people, including religion, cosmology and cultural arts and to either Sarawak’s oldest Chinese temple Tua Pek Kong (pre-1839) believed to have been built by Chinese migrants from Kalimantan OR to the Old State Mosque rebuilt in 1968 from the original wooden mosque built in 1847.

Remarks: The Kuching City tours do not have a set start time, as we cater to your convenience.

Package 1

The tour begins with a pick-up at your hotel, and will do a circuit around the city. There are stops at the waterfront near the Square Tower,  Darul Hana Bridge and at your choice of either the Tua Pek Kong temple OR the Old State Mosque and the Indian Muslim Mosque. Includes English speaking guide, return transportation and drinking water

Package 2

If you are travelling in your own group or with your family, we can design a tour to cater to your special requests. Included is a stop at a local coffee shop for a bowl of traditional Sarawak Laksa or Kolo Mee (own expense). Shopping at the Main Bazaar and local product center can also be included if time permits.
